Shared Financial Services offers support for SPOTS programs in the form of a SPOTS "coordinator" role. The benefits of SFS acting as an agency SPOTS coordinator is to ensure compliance with SPOTS rules, provide US Bank "Access Online" SPOTS maintenance and trainings, and guidance to utilize SPOTS to its potential.

The agency director or designee always maintains the role of "Approving Officer", who approves agency SPOTS cards accounts and monitors the overall agency SPOTS program.
