The implementation of an Enterprise Alignment (EA) program enables the State of Oregon to execute business strategies to transform and optimize business functions, information assets, application systems and infrastructure. This practice will be heavily based on the tools and practices of enterprise architecture and integrated with governance, project portfolio management and IT service management.
The Enterprise Alignment team will be leading efforts to develop, maintain and govern enterprise architecture and its domains (business, information, application, and technology) across the enterprise, on behalf of the State CIO.
This team will be working closely with IT Strategic Planning, Governance, IT Strategic Sourcing and Stage Gate.
