Project Initiation Presentation
The state and BBC Research & Consulting (BBC) initiated the 2023 state of Oregon Disparity Study in October 2022 with a series of meetings with various state agencies and representatives. BBC met with the state to introduce the study, answer questions, and begin the process of understanding contracting and vendor data the state maintains.
