New goals for 2021-23 include continue working with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, developing and implementing succession planning for DCBS managers, and continuing to provide career development help. This help includes informational interviews, mock interviews, and application assistance to people of color, people with disabilities, veterans, and women, as well as employees at DCBS who want to further their career.
