RightStart orientation is a new employee onboarding session that focuses on welcoming you to the agency as a whole, provides guidance on what it means to be a state employee, and allows new employees to become familiar with some of the tools, resources, and people they will be interacting with in the agency. This session is virtual and offers a welcome from our director, an overview of benefits and resources, and a meet and greet from other DCBS representatives. This session will be set up for new employees and they will receive a guide for everything they will need to know to successfully navigate the first couple months at DCBS.
