After you apply, what to expect:

  • You should receive a confirmation email.
  • Wait at least three business days after submitting your claim – to call with follow-up questions about your application.
  • We will call or email you if we have questions about your claim. We may also call your employer to verify your employment.
  • If you do not receive any follow-up communication, that usually means your application is being processed.
  • Processing of checks is taking about two to three weeks after an application is submitted.
