Infrastructure and interstate transport State Implementation Plan submissions

Oregon must update its Clean Air Act State Implementation Plan to document that DEQ has the authority, regulations and enforcement capability to implement the current National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Ozone. This update must also include an assurance that DEQ air quality programs are adequate to prevent ozone and associated pollutant transport to neighboring states. The proposed rule amendment will document these two updates to the State Implementation Plan and the associated public review period will allow interested parties to comment on the plan updates.
