DEQ is convening the Hazardous Waste Fees Advisory Committee to inform Phase 1 of this project. This Committee will discuss proposed rules in meetings set through the summer of 2018. Since Hazardous Waste fees have remain unchanged from the late 1990’s, the Committee will review the rules related to:

All meetings take place at DEQ Headquarters, 700 NE Multnomah Street, Sixth Floor, Portland, OR 97232 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Advisory committee meetings are open to the public. The public may attend the meeting, but the committee has discretion whether to allow the public to participate in the meeting. The public will be able to comment on the proposed rule changes during the public notice and comment period later in the rulemaking. DEQ publishes meeting notices on http://www.oregon.gov/deq/Pages/Events.aspx.Please notify DEQ of any special physical or language accommodations or if you need information in large print, Braille or another format.
