The commissioners and DEQ staff will tour sites related to water quality in the Klamath Falls area.

- Travel and off-site tour: 9-11:30 a.m.
Commissioners and staff will reconvene at 11:30 a.m. for a discussion of the morning's tour.
The commission will hold an executive session over a working lunch from approximately 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. This executive session is held under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(h)
DEQ will present proposed fee increases for the agency's Water Quality Permitting Programs.
DEQ will present two reports for commission approval prior to submittal to EPA. The reports, for the control of ozone and prevention of interstate transport of air pollution, are due to EPA by Oct.1, 2018, as an update to the Oregon State Implementation Plan and related SIP rule.
Item E has been removed from the meeting agenda
DEQ will present informational updates about the development of proposed rules for the Cleaner Air Oregon Program. The presentation will include follow-up to commission questions at the July 2018 EQC meeting.

DEQ Director Whitman will present written and verbal updates on agency activities and other state and federal items of interest for the commissioners.
The commission will recess after item M, at approximately 5 p.m., and the evening town hall will begin at 5:30 p.m. at a second venue.

The commission will hold an evening town hall-style session, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The session will begin with a brief presentation from DEQ staff and project partners about the successful and collaborative cleanup of the North Ridge Estates property.
Following the presentation, the commission will open the town hall and listening session. Everyone is welcome, and light refreshments will be provided to all meeting attendees.
Friday, Sept. 14, 2018: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The commissioners will take action on the proposed draft minutes from the July 11-13, 2018, EQC meeting.
Commissioners will provide verbal updates on their recent activities of interest to the commission, including any work in their liaison capacities with other agencies and boards.
The commission will meet with members and representatives of the Klamath Tribal Council for discussion of environmental issues and actions of shared concern.
Working lunch and executive session
The commission will recess for a working lunch and executive session from approximately noon to 1 p.m. This executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(i)
At 1 p.m., the commission will open public comment opportunity for any environmental topic. The item is scheduled to last for approximately one hour, but all times are subject to change based on commission needs and the number of people signed up to comment.
People may present, or listen to, comments in-person at the meeting venue or by toll-free telephone conference line. When presenting comment, all people are asked to state their name for recordkeeping purposes and to limit all comments to three minutes or less.
