Cleaner Air Oregon

​DEQ and Oregon Health Authority held two public comment periods on the proposed Cleaner Air Oregon rules. The agencies received 931 unique comments from 4,243 commenters. The agencies grouped individual comments with similar ideas into over 400 categories. The agencies provided a response to each category describing the reason why the agencies changed or did not change a rule based on that specific comment.
The Department of Environmental Quality submitted a Staff Report to the Environmental Quality Commission on the Cleaner Air Oregon that includes the proposed Cleaner Air Oregon rules, a fiscal impact statement, and individual public comments with summaries and responses.
