The Department of Human Services (DHS) maintains a registry of Housing with Services projects. These are communities that primarily serve older adults and people with disabilities, and offer two or more health or social services. These services may include: case management, health navigation, mental health and addictions supports and services, in-home supports and food insecurity interventions.

They do not include facilities and adult care homes licensed by DHS, and the DHS automatically places Housing with Services projects on the registry if they are currently regulated by the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department or the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.
