Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP)

"" The Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP) helps people with disabilities get the training they need to find a pathway to a career, not just a job.

A team of disability and employment experts help eligible Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) clients complete a certificate or degree at participating community colleges and find employment. Through individualized support, ICAP opens the door to a living wage and a lifetime of career advancement potential. ICAP is a grant-funded program through the U.S. Department of Education supported by Cornell University and Portland Community College.
