Substance Abuse Treatment - CCCF
Turning Point - Women
Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare provides a 54 bed program for female inmates at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility (CCCF) in Wilsonville, Oregon. The program serves inmates who have histories of severe addiction and criminality, and it is designed to reduce recidivism by addressing each inmate’s substance abuse and criminal risk factors.
The program uses an evidenced-based cognitive behavioral curriculum in a therapeutic community and includes therapy groups, community based work challenges and re-entry groups.  Materials are presented in formats that complement individual learning styles and encourage positive decision making skills and solid recovery plans.

Families, parole and probation officers, community partners, after care providers, the religious community, and other interested social service providers are encouraged to participate in a client’s in-patient and continuing community based recovery.
Each inmate engages in treatment activities at least fourteen hours each day for a minimum of six months. Those who successfully complete the program may qualify for a 90 day transitional leave.
