- 800 number is toll-free from Oregon prefixes only.
- Salem offices are open Monday-Friday (closed on weekends).
- Tax Services phone hours are 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.; except on Thursdays when phones are closed from 9 – 11 a.m.
