​DAS wORk Reimagined​ website - Information for employees and managers related to remote working: ​

Coronavirus information for state government employees​ - The DAS website provides information about the coronavirus that is relevant to state employees and the enterprise of state government. This resource provides links to the agreements with SEIU and AFSCME, relevant executive orders from Governor Brown, a Q&A Chat Bot, and other FAQs.

Oregon Health Authority COVID-19 information site​ - The Oregon Health Authority maintains a webpage for Oregonians that contains resources, information, and general statistics of COVID-19 cases in Oregon.

Temporary interruption of employment toolkit - DAS provides up to date information for state employees regarding temporary interruptions of employment.


​​​​During this time we are making every effort to allow employees in positions ​that are suitable for remote work to do so, if we have the necessary equipment and resources available. Employees should make remote work requests through their supervisor. Supervisors should contact their HRBP for assistance as needed.

​Remote Work Process (after approval received for remote work):

  1. ​Staff submits request in Workday: click here for job aid​
  2. Staff completes Asset Survey (computer Asset only): click here for instructions and link
  3. Staff submits internet speed to manager (may be uploaded to Workday with Telework request): click here for Broadband Speed Test instructions
  4. If accommodation needed for other OED assets (chair, sit/stand, etc.) – reach out to your manager and HRBP
  5. Staff notifies manager when Workday request and Asset Survey are completed

​​​Employees should work to enter their time into the TIME system on a daily basis.  Enter all leave requests as soon as possible into both Workday and the TIME system. ​

Service Desk VPN Support Portal: Link to Support Portal

Using VPN Support Portal: This Portal allows staff direct connection to the OED Helpdesk support queue, where OED Helpdesk Techs remote connect to the device to help resolve any VPN issues

Using Support Assist Button: Support Assist Button is also loaded on all OED laptops which will also connect employees to OED Helpdesk support queue when connected to the internet.

OED Employees are able to log-in and access their Workday account from any internet connection.
