CONTRACT PROGRESS

We are still working on contract negotiations with FAST Enterprises. Click on the graphic to learn more about the stages we've completed.

 

Next the draft contract goes through a series of mandatory reviews by: 

  • CSG, (Our independent quality management service)
  • Project Portfolio Performance, Enterprise Information Services
  • Enterprise Security Office
  • Legislative Fiscal Office

The last step to reach a final contract is the “legal sufficiency review.” During this review, Department of Justice goes through the contract in detail looking for any legal risks.

 

We will be submitting for our Stage Gate 3 approval in April and plan to have a signed contract in May with a project kickoff this summer.

NEW MEMBERS AND NEW ROLES

In March, we welcomed Salena De La Cruz-Forsythe to her new role as User Experience Analyst. 

 

Alex Vasquez has also shifted into a new role as Schedule Project Manager.

 

Martha Fitts joined our team as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training Manager. Welcome Martha!

 

And, Christina Irving joined us as our Legacy Project Manager.
