Oregon Carbon Policy Office
The Carbon Policy Office conducts research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to inform a statewide policy framework to grow Oregon's economy while achieving Oregon's greenhouse gas reduction goals.
Over the interim and during sessions, the Carbon Policy Office has provided research and analysis to Legislators on carbon pricing policy design, culminating in the Oregon Climate Action Program passed by the Oregon House of Representatives in House Bill 2020B in the 2019 Legislative Session.
