Catherine Ciarlo is the Active Transportation and Safety Division manager at the Portland Bureau of Transportation. She was formerly a Senior Project Manager at CH2M in Portland, Oregon, where she led transportation planning projects ranging from facility plans to strategic action plans and regional funding efforts. Prior to joining CH2M she spent four years as the Transportation Director in the office of the Portland Mayor, where she collaborated with diverse agencies and community partners to move projects and policy initiatives forward.​

Greater Portland Inc.’s president and chief executive officer Janet LaBar was a former economic development official in Phoenix. LaBar most recently served as chief performance officer for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, where she coordinated public-private partnerships starting in 2004.​

Portland Commissioner Nick Fish is in charge of the Portland Water Bureau and the Bureau of Environmental Services. He is also Council liaison to Elders in Action, Venture Portland, and the Regional Arts & Culture Council. He grew up in upstate New York and Washington, D.C. After graduating from Harvard, he worked as a legislative aide for Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA).
Martha Schrader was elected to the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners in May 2012. In 2014, she was appointed vice chair of the board. She previously served as Commissioner from 2003 to 2009 and has also served as Commission Chair. Schrader served as a State Senator from 2009 to 2011.​​
