OSAC Scholarships

The HECC Office of Student Access and Completion administers more than 600 scholarship programs, awarding more than $17 million in private scholarships annually to thousands of Oregon students. Awards range from $1,000 to $10,000+. ASPIRE Program

OSAC administers ASPIRE, an Oregon mentoring program that matches trained and supportive adult volunteer mentors with middle and high school students to develop a plan to help them meet their education goals beyond high school.  For more information on the ASPIRE program and how to get involved, go to the OSAC website here.​ For additional information, see past legislative testimony on affordability and access programs here.​​
