Online Renewals are here!!!!

The Landscape Contractors Board (LCB) now offers online licensing activities such as renewals. Using the self-service portals, you can do the following:

Renew your license (which becomes available approximately 60-days prior to the license expirations).
Check the status of your license;
Update your contact information;
Report continuing education and maintain certificates;
Print your license and wallet card; and
Report unlicensed work.

Tips for successful online renewals:

Separate portals. There are two separate portals; one for the landscape professional license (individual) and one for the landscape contracting business license (see below).
User ID. The email address on record for each will be the email needed to access each portal. To update your email address, please email lcb.info@lcb.oregon.gov and include the correct email address and which license number it's for.
Account activation. After activating your account through the portal, a temporary password will be emailed to you. These sometimes go to a junk or spam filter so be sure to check there. If you do not receive the email with the temporary password after a few minutes and it's not in a junk or spam folder, double check the email address the LCB has for you on file. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Browsers: Google Chrome is suggested as it provides the optimal experience. (Users have known issues when using Internet Explorer and Safari.)
