Salem, OR—Today, Governor Tina Kotek submitted a list of state board and commission appointments to the Oregon Senate for confirmation. The Senate Committee on Rules is scheduled to consider the nominations during September Legislative Days, which run from September 27th through September 29th.

“Oregonians deserve leaders that prioritize accountability, transparency, and high-quality customer service,” Governor Kotek said. “The individuals I am nominating today for agencies, boards and commissions hold these principles as central tenets of their leadership. I am grateful for their willingness to serve our state.”

Governor Kotek also recently announced that the state is accepting applications for additional positions on the state boards and commissions that were created in the 2023 legislative session, and called upon Oregonians to consider stepping up to serve.
