Portland, OR—A public meeting of the Oregon Environmental Quality Commission is scheduled on Thursday and Friday, Jan. 23 and 24, 2020. The commission is the rulemaking and policy board for the state's Department of Environmental Quality.

The agenda includes updates on the Oregon Recycling Steering Committee, budget and legislative information, as well as several action items including DEQ’s proposed permanent rule revisions to replace temporary rules adopted in summer 2019, for the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program.
