The Berkeley Evaluation and Assessment Research Center (BEAR) developed the BEAR Assessment System, which is a research-based model for measurement. Oregon Department of Education is posting the first draft of resources developed in partnership with the BEAR Center and welcomes schools, districts, and education service districts to adapt these resources for their use in local professional development.
Contact Cristen McLean if you have questions or want to share an edited version of these resources. As resources are revised by ODE staff or by local education agency staff, they will be posted on this page.
