Overview
IDEA 2004, requires states to submit 12 state-level reports regarding various aspects of special education in Oregon. Reports are due on April 1 or November 1, and are divided into Part B (ages 3-21) and Part C (ages birth-2).
Note:
Collection Instructions have not changed for the 2014-2015 school year. The data on these documents still reference 2011-2012. Updates will be posted if/when they are distributed by the USDE Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).
