Private School Data Collection

The Private School Data Form combines the Calculation of Proportionate Share of IDEA Fund for Parentally Placed Private School Students and Private School Enrollment data.

Updates to CEIS and Private School

Starting with 2020-2021, ODE has revised the open and close dates for Coordinated Early Intervening Services compared to prior years. These new dates will align with Private School Data collection, and allow districts more time to develop and plan CEIS activities. Both CEIS and Private School Data also will have review windows starting with 2020-2021, allowing districts to review the collection’s calculations with the IDEA Flow-Through Final Awards.
