How to Get Services
The Commerce and Compliance Division (CCD) would like to provide motor carriers tools to utilize CCD services and find updated information on the ongoing situation. We are here to assist carriers in obtaining tax credentials, registration and Over-Dimension permits as they assist in the cleanup efforts.

Oregon Trucking Online
Oregon Trucking Online is CCDs motor carrier services portal for established carriers. It is free, secure and available 24/7. Sign up for Oregon Trucking Online to access the following services and more:
- Manage your CCD Motor Carrier account.
- Pay your taxes.
- Obtain your operating credentials.
- Process your Oregon-Based IFTA and IRP transactions.
- Renew your Oregon plates.
- Truck Safety Resources.
- Green Light Scale Preclearance Program.
- ACH Direct Payments.
Over-Dimension PermitsIf you have any questions about over-dimension permitting, please call 503-373-0000, Option 1. We are available:
- Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific Time).
- Closed Wednesdays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for staff meeting.
- Closed on state holidays.
- Our third party agents are available for your annual permit needs.
Appointments for In-Person BusinessAppointments are the fastest, most efficient way to get in-person service. To schedule an appointment for motor carrier services:

Register for a CCD AccountPlease read our Requirements for Oregon Registration. To get started, fill out and submit the Oregon Motor Carrier Account Application (form 9075) by fax or mail.

Once you receive your CCD Account Number and PIN number by email, you will have full access to
Oregon Trucking Online and may purchase temporary credentials to operate as a motor carrier in Oregon or enroll your vehicles in the CCD Weight Mile Tax program.
