  • Day time site and electrical work.

Our crews have the option to work during the following times:

  • Sunday night at 7 p.m. through Friday at 12 p.m., work can be done daily except for three hours in the morning from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and in the evening from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

  • No work will be done from Friday at 12 p.m. to Sunday at 7 p.m.

Expect to see single lane closures, some delays and traffic control. Pedestrians will be detoured around the immediate work area where ramps are being constructed. Bicycle traffic will remain on the roadway during construction with signs to alert drivers.

Pedestrians, including those with disabilities, will have access through or around work zones.

About

Enlarged project mapWe are installing a crosswalk at the intersection of OR 99E and Williams Avenue. 

​In order to improve pedestrian safety, we are:

  • Installing flashing beacons to warn drivers that pedestrians are crossing.

  • Building a median island. 

  • Adding a new streetlight and improve the brightness of the current one.

During construction expect delays and lane closures. Our crews are working during non-commute hours.
