US 30 Culvert Rehabilitation

Design Phase

Region 1: Portland metro and Hood River County (Portland, Multnomah)

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is designing repair work to strengthen and lengthen the life of culverts under U.S. 30 between NW Portland to Scappoose.

Impacts

Construction Impacts

Most of the work is expected to occur beneath the roadway and on the shoulder of US 30. There may be limited shoulder and lane closures during construction. During these closures, people who use the shoulder for biking and walking will be provided an accessible route. More information will be available prior to the start of construction.

Schedule

The project is currently in design and construction is expected in 2025.
