This project repairs three culverts and retires one culvert under U.S. 30 between Portland and Scappose. These culverts are beyond their lifecycle and in need of repair or retirement.
The repairs strengthen three culverts and extend their service life by cleaning the culverts and installing strengthening liners. Culvert liners will be an epoxy and fabric mix or concrete. One aging culvert will be filled and retired.
