What: The quarterly public meeting of the Immunization Policy Advisory Team (IPAT)
Agenda: The agenda will be available at the meeting or via email request three days before the meeting by contacting imm.info@state.or.us.
When: Thursday, Dec. 6, noon to 2 p.m.
Where: Portland State Office Building, Room 1D, 800 NE Oregon St., Portland. A conference call line is available by dialing 866-377-3315, access code 9971 040.
There will be a public comment period at the beginning of the meeting. Those who want to provide public comment must give notice at least one day before the meeting by calling 971-673-0300 or sending an email to imm.info@state.or.us with the following information:
- Name.
- Whether providing comment in person or via telephone.
- If by phone, the number you will use to call in to the meeting.
Background: The Oregon Immunization Program works to reduce the incidence of vaccine-preventable disease in Oregon. Its staff members seek to identify and promote evidence-based public health best practices to the public and health care professionals throughout the state.
