Hospital Performance Report - Quality and Access by Hospital

Year 4 Performance Report

The state is tracking 11 outcome and quality measures that will help track hospitals' progress toward Oregon's goal of better health, better care and lower costs. The fourth and final year of data, included in this report, covers calendar year 2017 and is compared against the previous measurement period, October 2015 through September 2016. A total of almost $89.8 million from a quality pool were awarded based on performance data submitted.
