Primary Care Spending in Oregon
Senate Bill 231 (Oregon Law 2015) required the Oregon Health Authority and the Department of Consumer and Business Services to report on the percentage of medical spending allocated to primary care carriers, PEBB, OEBB and Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs).
Primary Care Spending Non-Claims Template
Prominent carriers and CCOs are required to submit the Primary Care Spending Report Non-Claims template annually by October 1. See OAR 409-027-0005 to 409-027-0025,
Primary Care Alternative Payment Methods - Contract Reporting
CCOs and commercial carriers participating in the national primary care medical home payment model conducted by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation must file a report under
OAR 409-028-0000 to 409-028-0120 for CCOs (effective 2/1/2018) and under
OAR 836-053-1520 to 836-053-1530 for commercial carriers (effective 3/8/2018) using the
Annual Supplemental Provider Level Support form.
This report must be submitted before September 30, 2019 and each year thereafter to
PC.ServicesReport@dhsoha.state.or.us.
