HCMO held two rules advisory committee meetings in September 2024, the recordings are linked below. In October, HCMO sent the proposed rules to the Secretary of State. HCMO held a rules hearing regarding the proposed in November. The public comments and recording link are below.

The Oregon Health Authority has filed notice of proposed rulemaking with the Secretary of State's office for the Health Care Market Oversight program. Please see the notice for further details, including contact information if you would like to comment on the proposed rules.
