CCO 2.0: Moving Forward Together

What: This one-day event will provide CCO leadership and staff with an overview of capacity-building support and guidance from OHA relating to CCO 2.0 focus areas. The event will also provide opportunities for CCO and OHA staff to discuss the vision for the next five years of health system transformation in Oregon. Key topics to be discussed at the event include:​

  • Behavioral health
  • Oral health integration
  • Social determinants of health and equity: Community advisory councils, community health assessments & community health improvement plans, health-related services, housing
  • Sustainable costs
  • Value-based payment
  • Other ways to support this work, including through health information technology

When: March 17, 2020, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Where: Salem Convention Center

Audience: CCO leadership, CCO staff representing event topic areas, CAC coordinators, other staff identified by the CCO, OHA leadership, and OHA staff representing CCO 2.0 topic areas. OHA expects to be able to accommodate approximately 15-17 staff per CCO at this event. CCOs: Please work with your Innovator Agent to identify appropriate staff for this event.
