Carolyn Waterfall is an organization and professional development trainer, meeting facilitator and coach. She is known throughout the Pacific Northwest and across the country for her inspiring and practical workshops and presentations as well as her insightful facilitation skills.

Carolyn can work with you to build cohesive, high performing teams and community advisory councils, improve retention and engagement, enhance listening skills and manage conflict, provide excellent customer service, work with difficult people and difficult situations, and develop emotional intelligence. She can help you manage change and increase your organization’s effectiveness and health.

Carolyn’s positive energy and passion for performance excellence is contagious. Carolyn will work with you to provide engaging, results-oriented training solutions, meeting facilitation, presentations, curriculum development, project management and technical assistance.

In addition to master’s degrees in Counseling and Organization Development/Adult Education from the University of Oregon, Carolyn has 25 years of experience in a wide variety of public, private and not-for-profit organizations. Carolyn has completed post-graduate work in interpersonal neurobiology and is a certified mediator.
