Tracy Ellis 

Behavioral health integration, community health improvement plan implementation and evaluation, early learning systems and strategies, engagement strategies for person- and family-centered health care systems, health systems leadership, organizational development, primary care transformation and PCPCH, project management, public health integration, value-based payment methods.

Tracy has 30 years of professional and management experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and across a range of industries and organizational structures. As the senior director of strategy and planning with PeaceHealth, a large Northwest health care provider, Tracy developed deep insight into the network of agencies and community partners that support vulnerable populations. In 2015 Tracy co-founded Transformational Community Alignment with Megan Shultz, another recognized leader in the health and human services sector, to focus on delivering better outcomes through strategic planning, program innovation and collaboration.

Tracy has expertise in strategic business planning and exploring markets for new growth opportunities and developing approaches to realize their potential. Tracy also has extensive experience leading and managing large complex initiatives. He previously served on the board of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and currently serves on the governing board of ShelterCare. He participated in the PeaceHealth Advanced Training Program and Leadership in Ministry programs, as well as the Eugene-Springfield Chamber of Commerce leadership program. Tracy has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business-related disciplines from the University of Oregon, strategic planning coursework through Cal Tech, and is currently participating in two Stanford University certificate programs focused on strategy, decision-making and advanced project management.
