Cindy Becker is a professional with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in complex environments. She has a demonstrated record of achieving results with a strong focus on collaboration, communications and customer service.
Becker has significant experience in health systems , particularly behavioral health, in both the public and private sectors. Becker is well versed in health transformation – she was a founding member of Oregon’s largest coordinated care organization (CCO) now serving more than 230,000 members, a senior executive at the second largest CCO, and director of a behavioral health managed care agency. She has also held executive positions with state and local governments, serving as deputy director of the state’s health and human services agency and director of health for one of the metropolitan counties, both of which have given her the added perspective of working with diverse groups to achieve consensus.
As a consultant, Becker has worked with state and local government agencies and private businesses to improve communications, expand outreach and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
