Lisa Ladendorff, LCSW, Executive Director

Community health improvement plan implementation and evaluation, health equity, organizational development, engagement strategies for person- and family-centered health care systems, strategies to address social determinants of health


Lisa has served as the founder and director of the Northeast Oregon Network from its inception in 2004 to the present. She has a 24 year history of clinical practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in the dynamics of behavior change, including health behavior change. She served as a local public health administrator for four years and was a member of a team CEO for three years. She has extensive experience in Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Planning, and has spent her career working with and forming and leading community collaborative groups. She is a Community Health Worker Trainer and is experienced in funding acquisition, grants management and program evaluation. Lisa is a member of NASW, APHA and the National Rural Health Association.
