OHP is Oregon's Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program. Enrollment is always open for OHP.

Medicare and private health insurance plans have open enrollment in the fall.

To apply for OHP online, go to ONE.Oregon.gov and click "Apply Now." You will need to create a new ONE account if you don't already have one.

Call ONE Customer Service at 1-800-699-9075. You can also call a local ODHS office to apply.
