The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has revised these rules and
Oregon Disease Reporting rules to implement sections 40 through 43 of
House Bill 4212 (2020 1st Special Session). The bill requires OHA to establish rules requiring collection and reporting of REALD information for COVID-19 cases reported to OHA.
Find information and material related to recent meetings to discuss proposed REALD rule changes. To view recent rulemaking activity, visit the division's rulemaking page.
