The Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board (Board) under the Health Licensing Office (HLO) has filed permanent rules with the Oregon Secretary of State. The Board adopted the January 1, 2022, Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. (BACB) requirements for licensure as a behavior analyst or assistant behavior analyst. Retroactive rule language was added, so professionals certified by the BACB in previous years will qualify for Oregon licensure provided that all other qualifications and requirements listed in rule are met.
The rules go into effect on February 1, 2023.
