Thursday, January 28, 2021

The proposed language adds the requirement that licensed behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts have a policy on the use of restraints, and will be published in the February 2021, Oregon Bulletin

You are invited to review the proposed rules and submit comments from February 1 through March 3, 2021 at 11 a.m.

Written comments can be submitted by way of postal mail to:

There will also be a telephonic public hearing held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Comments will not be accepted, nor considered, if received after 11 a.m. on March 3, 2021. For more information or to request alternative formats, please call Anne Thompson at (503) 373-1904, or email anne.p.thompson@dhsoha.state.or.us
