Patient Query-View Only Access

This role is intended for pharmacists and front desk staff working in a medical practice.

Query-View Only User Role Provides:

1. View-only access to patient immunization history and immunization forecasting
2. Access to print immunization records.

Required Training

• Read through the Query Only Training and complete the quiz at the end of the document.
• Submit the quiz answer sheet along with your other new user enrollment paperwork.

Please note: To use the ALERT IIS Reports functions, Basic Training for Standard Users is required.
