COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements

Do not send proof of vaccination (e.g. your vaccination card) to the Oregon Health Authority. Employees, contractors and volunteers should work with their employer to understand how and where to submit proof of vaccination.

OHA strongly recommends that workers in health care settings remain current with COVID-19 vaccination. However, workers in health care settings are no longer required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 under state rules. A similar vaccination requirement for teachers and school staff in private and public education settings will lift June 17, 2023, the last week of school, to support consistency in student instruction through this school year.
