What is IQIP?

IQIP is a collaborative approach to improving your clinic’s immunization program. Designed to be a public/private partnership, we aim to support health care personnel in identifying opportunities to improve immunization practices and rates. We use ALERT IIS data and proven immunization best practices to inform our work together.

How does it work?

We discuss the information with key contributors in your practice and together identify specific, best practice improvement strategies for your clinic(s).

Participation, improvement and competition is encouraged. Use your successes to motivate staff and/or other clinics in your system.

We offer ongoing support toward implementing your chosen quality improvement strategies over a 12-month Quality Improvement (QI) cycle.

Why are assessment and feedback important?
