Coordinated care organization (CCO) contracts announced for 2020-2024
The Oregon Health Authority announced on July 9 which organizations will be awarded contracts to serve as CCOs for the Oregon Health Plan. These CCO contracts will start January 1, 2020. Nothing is changing for members right now. OHP benefits won't change. Some members will have new or different choices starting on January 1. If you are in a community with new choices, OHP will reach out to you in the fall. You will get a letter in October that tells you about your choices and how to make a choice. Read more about the 2020-2024 CCO contract announcement.
Information breach for OHP members who use other assistance programs
You may have heard that our partners at DHS were recently involved in a breach of protected health information. Because many OHP members may also qualify for benefits and programs through DHS, we wanted to let you know about this breach. If you would like more information, a toll-free hotline will be available beginning March 22 at 800-792-1750 to assist DHS clients. Learn more about the incident and read answers to frequently asked questions.
