2016 Reports: Document Recording Fee

The financial reports included are meant to provide key financial information regarding the performance of specific funding streams. Many of these funding streams are spent by OHCS subgrantees. The subgrantees deliver services in their local communities through marketing, client meetings, eligibility determinations, and in some cases contracting for goods and services. In the majority of cases, subgrantees must pay for the expense before applying for reimbursement. In order to provide regular and timely information about the funding streams, these reports are completed on a cash basis of accounting. As a result, the balances do not reflect the impact of what can be significant expenses of subgrantees that have been incurred but not yet reimbursed.
