The Personal Financial Counselor (PFC) provides free and confidential counseling designed to reduce stress and improve “Financial Well-Being”; having the capability to meet current and ongoing financial obligations, develop resilience to survive a financial set-back, on track to meet financial goals, and ability to make choices that allow one to enjoy life.

The PFC is available for ANY financial topic(s), 

ANY day, ANY time, and ANY place (all within reason) for ALL Service Members and Families.
