Performance Management & Incentive Awards

Performance Management

The CNGBI 1400.25, Vol 431 is the instruction for the NG Technician Performance Appraisal Program. ORNG TPR 430 is the Oregon National Guard regulation for the Technician Performance Planning and Appraisal Program. The program fully integrates organization and mission goals and objectives into the planning and appraisal process. It encourages Technician involvement in the process that is ultimately the responsibility of the supervisor to complete. The program provides for the application of appropriate personnel actions based on performance appraisals. MyPerformance is a web-based system designed to manage performance for Title 5 and Title 32 employees. To access MyPerformance, please log into MyBiz+.
