Lodging and RV Accommodations

Raymond Rees National Guard Training Center currently offers two operational lodging facilities, with additional accommodations under construction. Existing facilities provide a variety of room types, including twin, full, and queen bed options. Rooms are available with shared, common, or private bathroom configurations.

Each facility is equipped with modern amenities to support short- and long-term stays, including full kitchens, community lounge and television areas, and on-site laundry services. All lodging buildings are WiFi-enabled. Individual rooms are furnished with WiFi-capable smart TVs, microwaves, and mini-refrigerators for guest convenience.

RV Accommodations

RTC also offers five designated RV sites. Each site includes water, sewer, and electrical hookups. Guests utilizing RV spaces are advised to review site-specific policies, including vehicle size limitations and waste dumping restrictions.

Building 5021

Commanders House

Originally constructed in the 1940s, Building 5021—commonly known as the Commander's House—served as the residence for the installation's post commander. This historic structure has been repurposed to provide comfortable lodging accommodations while preserving its legacy.

The facility includes six guest rooms:

  • Two queen suites with private bathrooms
  • Four rooms with twin beds and access to shared, common bathrooms

The Commander's House features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two separate lounge areas—one equipped with a television for communal use. All rooms are furnished with WiFi-enabled smart TVs, microwaves, and mini-refrigerators.

The entire facility is climate-controlled and WiFi-capable, ensuring a comfortable and connected experience for all guests.

Building 5028 

Originally constructed in the 1940s as a troop barracks, Building 5028 was fully renovated in 2022 to serve as a modern lodging facility. This building now offers nineteen guest rooms and features updated HVAC systems to provide individually controlled climate comfort.

Room configurations include:

  • One full suite with a private bathroom
  • Seven queen rooms with shared bathrooms
  • Six twin rooms with access to common bathrooms

The facility also features a full, modern kitchen and a communal lounge equipped with a large screen television. For guest convenience, there are two laundry areas: one located adjacent to the kitchen and a second with external access on the west side of the building.

All guest rooms are outfitted with WiFi-enabled smart TVs, microwaves, and mini-refrigerators. The entire facility is WiFi-capable to support connectivity needs.

RV Sites

Raymond Rees National Guard Training Center currently offers five designated RV parking spaces. Each site is equipped with water, sewer, and electrical hookups to support self-contained accommodations.

Guests are advised to review the RV Site Policies available via the Guest Information link prior to arrival. Please note:

  • Size restrictions apply to certain spaces
  • Dumping restrictions are in effect for all sites

Compliance with these guidelines ensures safe and effective use of RV facilities for all personnel and guests.

Building 5027 – Coming Soon

Building 5027 is currently under development and will be added to our lodging inventory upon completion. A full facility description, photos, and room details will be provided once the building is available for guest use.
