Guest Information

Reservations:

The Welcome Center is closed for all state recognized holidays. 

Check in time is after 1400hrs (2:00pm) and check out is before 1000hrs (10:00am)

Official Users (Department of Defense, CAC Card Holders): If you require billets or facilities (with exception to BLDGs 5021 or 5028 and the RV Sites) to support future training, utilize the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) for all requests. 

Official Users requiring accommodations in BLDGs 5021 or 5028, and all recreational users who meet eligibility requirements, the primary method for making a reservation is over the phone using the contacts listed above.

Non-Department of Defense Users (Police, Fire, Special Interest Groups): If you require billets, facilities or other services, make a request via AGO 207.  Contact the Rees Welcome Center and the form can be emailed to you. 
 
Availability for reservations is based on training requirements.  Therefore, reservations for recreational purposes (Non-Official) who may not be made beyond 90 days in advance. 

To make a lodging reservation, a valid Visa or Mastercard is required at the time of booking (no other cards or cash accepted. 
 
Occupants are authorized to stay up to 14 days.  Remaining in lodging beyond the 14 days must be authorized by the Training Site Manager or designee.  (Occupants utilizing the RV park are authorized to stay up to 21 days).

All guests are responsible for ensuring payment of their personal lodging expenses. 


Smoking and Banned Substance Policy:

No illegal substances or marijuana (or associated paraphernalia) are permitted on Rees Training Center. 

Smoking or using a vape mechanism is not permitted inside or within 10 feet of any facility on the site.  

A $500 fine will be assessed for violations to the smoking policy with the possibility of further fees if any property damage is incurred.

Eligibility and Sponsorship:

Acceptable forms of identification for eligibility are as follows:  Military ID (current or retired), state issued Oregon Military Department ID, certain DD forms, and when applicable to pre-approved civilian personnel, driver's license or state issued ID card. 

 An eligible guest may request sponsorship of a non-eligible individual.  The request will be submitted to the Welcome Center, then through the Lodging Manager to the Training Site Manager for approval.  The sponsor must make the reservation with his/her credit card, which will have a hold placed on the account for the total amount of the duration of the stay, and be present at check-in.  Separate payment arrangements may be made at checkout.  Standard cancellation and credit card policies apply.  The sponsor must reside on the training site during the entire sponsorship period.

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed on Rees Training Center; however, personal pets are not permitted to reside in any facility located on the premises.  Personal pets are allowed to reside with guests in the RV Park. 

Occupants that are accompanied by ADA service dogs are authorized to stay in lodging facilities regardless of the pet policy.

All pets must be disclosed at check in and remain on leash when walking the grounds

Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets while on the training site.

Pets cannot be left unattended for any extended period whether in a facility or vehicle.

All pets on the training site must be fully vaccinated as required by law.

A $500 fine shall be assessed for violations of the Rees Training Center Pet Policy and pet owners will be liable for any damages incurred.  

Cancellations/No-Shows/Changes To a Reservation:

If a reservation for individual lodging or lodging for groups less than 10 need cancellation they must be cancelled before 1400hrs the day prior to the planned arrival.  Lodging reservations which are not cancelled prior to 1400hrs will be charged the first night's stay for each room reserved and the reservation will then be cancelled in its entirety.  For reservations which fall on federally recognized holidays, this period increases to 7 calendar days prior to the first night's lodging.

Reservations which are a No Show, will be charged for the first night's stay for each room reserved and the reservation will then be cancelled in its entirety. 

If a reservation needs to be changed during your stay, 24hrs notice prior to the requested date change or the guest will be charge one night's stay for each room on the reservation for an early check out.  A request to extend your stay can only be approved is space is available. 

Groups of more than 12 persons, conference reservations and reservations made by non-ORNG military units or eligible non-military groups are subject to a 14-calendar day cancellation policy.  Reservations which are not cancelled prior to this period with be charged for the first night's stay for each room and or facility being charged to the group or unit or non-military group making the reservation.  The reservation will then be cancelled in its entirety.
